• Learn to link drop-ins to a PD focus
• Define what makes a great drop-in
• Practise writing lesson drop-ins

Work with a PD expert to dig into your drop-in data:

• Explore the impact on school culture
• Discuss what your drop-ins tell you about staff’s knowledge and skill
• Decide on the next steps for implementing Steplab

Learn to run group deliberate practice and rehearsal:

• Explore why rehearsal matters
• Learn how to encourage rehearsal with your staff and overcome barriers
