Our mission at Steplab is to empower schools to run great PD that really works.

Powerful group PD sessions can help share common mental models, build a sense of purpose, and send your teachers and coaches out with clear goals in mind; creating the conditions for your one-to-one PD, like drop-ins and coaching, to achieve their desired impact.
At Steplab, we’ve planned a set of school PD and INSET sessions so that you don’t have to!
These sessions have been designed to enable you to launch new PD initiatives, like drop-ins and coaching, and give essential training to your teachers and coaches.
Each session includes resources such as a PowerPoint that you can download and adapt, a booklet for attendee notes, session leader notes, and a video of a Steplab PD expert delivering the session. This will help you to deliver the session with confidence, whether you stick closely to our design or adapt to match your context.
