Countdown to Christmas webinar series

The start of 2025 is fast approaching and New Year represents a fantastic opportunity as school leaders to reestablish culture, move to the next phase in our PD implementation or reset our vision as a team. 

If you are a Steplab user, we have an early Christmas gift for you! Throughout December, we’ll be providing Steplab users with a series of Countdown to Christmas webinars which will support you in your implementation, no matter what stage you're at. 

Book a place on our webinars and receive practical implementation advice to help your PD programme flourish. Each webinar will be delivered by our team of experienced school leaders and experts and is rooted in evidence. All webinars will be recorded and available to view on Steplab once it has taken place.

6. How can we prepare for a whole-school drop-in approach?  with Rachel Ball

Wednesday 18th December 4pm-5pm GMT

• Build systems for running effective drop-ins
• How to train your team to write effective drop-ins
• Decide who should drop-in on who and how often
• How to QA your drop-ins and provide on-going training
